The women can lose vast amounts of weight in a short period of time but they are prone to putting that weight right back on without even thinking about it. This makes things difficult for all involved.

Furthermore, the health of the woman is going to be more adversely affected by the idea of the weight. When you have weight gain then the body is starting to slowly shut down. In doing so you can see that you have to find a way to get the weight off and keep it off.

If you do that then you are going to be better in the way of health. With too much weight you need to be sure that you have a plan for loss.

Mental
There are also several mental factors that come into being with the women and weight. Most often the women are simply not prepared for how they will look when they are heavy. This leads to a lot of depression in women because they place great value on how they look.

Through this you are going to have to find a way to counteract the effects of the weight gain and get through it mentally.

Positive Reaction
In the end you need to find that one positive reaction that is going to help you make a change and then develop a new found hope. This is going to be a long hard road but you can do it if you try.
